I purchased the 11” square fry pan. I gently washed it prior to using. I heated it up using a low heat and fried some eggs. It worked great for two times. After that, it never worked again! Everything stuck to it and it was a nightmare to clean. I have not used it since. What can I do to get a refund or replacement? I also had purchased two other pans as gifts for family members and now just learned they have the same problems! Very embarrassing. What can I do at this point? [email protected]. Alana F.
