We bought this 12" Gotham Steel/copper frying pan. Our scrambled eggs and french toast both stuck. We were not able to get the pan clean so we had to dispose of it. I would not recommend buying any of your products. Thank goodness that we decided to try two individual pans instead of a whole set of pots and pans. I placed several calls to your company and you have absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE whatsoever. Your employees are clueless and your products are worthless. You are just taking advantage of people by your false advertisements and your no guarantee. You state you have a guarantee yet when you call, the customer has to pay for shipping, handling, and insurance. This certainly doesn't say much for your very poor products. I will tell a multitude of people just what type of substandard products that you sell.
