I purchased one of your pans after my ceramic pans stopped performing as expected. I make it a habit to never purchase anything labeled "as seen on TV", but my husband thought I should try your item. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised at first BUT then the two week old pan pan already showed scratches on the surface even though metal utensils were never used. The purchase was made at a retail store not from the website. I no longer have the receipt.

Honestly, it pains me to even take the time to compose this email but in the last few weeks I have had several items not do what they were supposed to do. I bought concert tickets that should have been sold as "obstructed view" but sadly they were not and I was the sap that purchased them and could not see a fuc$ing thing. I purchased Nutpods coffee creamer that should be labeled as "makes huge disgusting clumps of cream in your coffee- creamer" because THAT'S what it does. I bought an "indestructible" dog toy that my puppy, yes PUPPY, was able to SHRED in roughly 3 days. That label really should have read "indigestible" and THAT would have been correct.

So now I am here letting your company know that your product ranks right up there with the over priced for the back view of the stage-concert tickets, the shitty coffee creamer and the second-rate your puppy will shit out the pieces for days-dog toy. Congrats to you for selling a million crap pans.

Can I please just have my money back?
