Refund

It 's been already 2 years since 17/03/2022 that I can't get my money back for cancelled flight. Or any answer from gotogate support service since 19/05/2023.
The company doesn’t provide any options or alternatives to give my money back. They ignore all my emails for months!
My order number LGZDSA and I’m going to sue them.
