Absolute worst service ever! I purchased a Samplers Club and they didn’t send anything for four months and when they did start sending again it took about two months to receive an order. They would not let you order for the months that they did not provide until the end of your term and even then they still do not have the codes so that you can order it now.

They are horrible to deal with if you have any problem and don’t really care about customer service. When their courier didn’t deliver it to my door (as they promise) they told me it was my problem and that they considered it delivered and I needed to go and pick it up, also that they would not re-send if the food was ruined or credit as they thought they completed their part.

I am currently waiting for a credit to go through as I will not deal with them anymore but it has already been ten days and I haven’t seen the credit still. They are really frustrating and it is definitely not worth the stress of dealing with them!

DO NOT USE THEM!

They lure you in with the $25 for $200 worth of meat lie (once you read the fine print you find out that you get 4 $50 coupons to use on 4 separate orders... so that means you're paying shipping 4 times and you're having to order an extra 2 packages of meat in order to satisfy their 3 pkg minimum order). On top of all that, their prices are astronomically high!
Unfortunately, in a moment of stupidity, I was taken in by this scam. Now, I'm out a total of $177 dollars for meat that would have cost me approximately 1/2 that in a grocery store. STAY AWAY from this company!
