Called to get a quote on a specific cruise and specific stateroom - the quote matched the dollar amount quoted by the cruise line. I made a comment about not getting much of a benefit using Government Vacation Rewards. I was told that I could get a better discount and was transferred to an account manager. I was sold a bill of goods - said they were having a special offer and if I joined the Select Access, I could get the same cruise that I call about for only taxes. When I called back the next day to book the cruise, the price changed from paying only the taxes (approximately $300 total) to $2,501.90. Needless to say I was very upset and asked to speak to a supervisor who could assist me. After spending all day (9 am to 3 pm ) on the phone, nothing was resolved. I spoke with someone who stated they were a customer service supervisor. I demanded that they cancel my membership and refund our deposit. I've been getting the runaround ever since. No one will return my calls or confirm that my membership was cancel and that our deposit will be returned. I've tried calling again and was on hold for almost an hour before I hung up. Need to find out who I can contact to get this issue resolved.
