Paid into vacation rewards and never received any benefits as promise

Today I called to make a hotel reservations and I transferred to Finance and was told that am on write off status, after I have paid $1674 into this scam.
It's been on bank daft since a signed up. I NEEDED RECEIVED A LETTER FROM Government vacation.

I ask to speak to a supervisor after 10mins on hold. Karla said all the supervisor are busy.

I would love to join any and all of y'all on law suit

No savings at all

Without disclosure charged me a "booking fee" for assisting with a reservation. Said "they were sorry I wasn't notified" and wouldn't remove the charge!! There is no money savings at all in this program that advertises "the lowest rates". Very long phone wait times and very poor customer service. I am SO SORRY that I ever signed up with them------total waste of my money!

Fraudulent Charges

To Whom It May Concern:
I am writing regarding numerous issues that I have encountered with Government Vacation Rewards. My most recent unresolved issue involves travel plans that I made with them last year for travel dates in March 2017. I was told that the final payment would be due at the end of November 2016. I called them prior to that due date to cancel the plan and was offered an opportunity to move the travel date/cruise to a different date that worked better for me. I attempted to change the plans due to an unexpected vehicle repair bill of over $1500 and explained this to the gentleman on the phone.
For some reason relating to the cruise line holding the cabin and then releasing it, he needed me to call back once it was released. It was very confusing for me as I asked for a specific cabin so didn’t understand why he didn’t just reserve the cabin for me. I was on the phone with the gentleman making those changes as he had suggested and at the end of the call, he asked that I call back in 20 minutes to speak with another representative because he was in overtime and could not stay on the phone. I then waited and called back and got a lady representative who tried to reach the cruise line but found them to be closed. She then pushed the due date back one day, took my information and said she would take care of the changes to avoid me being billed the next day when the cruise line was open. She then said that she would call me when it was done. Well, I never got her call, so I called the following day and as you can see, this issue is still unresolved.
My credit card was charged and is presently over the balance by $1685.58 because Government Vacation Rewards representatives do not listen to what the customer needs and does whatever they want to do with customer accounts. This is not the first incident that I have had with this organization which causes me lots of time and trouble to resolve, not to mention thousands of dollars. I am very frustrated that I have to go through so much trouble to plan and execute a vacation with GVR. I still want to take my vacation that I pushed back to November 2017, but need my funds returned to the credit card and allowed the time to recover from the over $1500 repair bill. This will give me time to pay what is due on my cruise cabins by the new deadline. What is so complicated about that? Again, GVR failed to provide the level of customer care and to respond to the needs of the customer on several different occasions to prevent this from happening. Now I have several bills that won’t get paid because of GVR’s negligence and total disregard to a customer’s needs.
