Hurting myself in the room with broken glass

Hello,
My booking ID: 210253411 and I would like to report the Grand Continental Nomo Apartment in Guangzhou as they are very unprofessional. The second morning i left for shopping and in the meantime they cleaned my room. When i came back, i hurt myself in the leg as there was a broken glass in the room carpet although i did not have any glass item with me. My heel was heavily bleeding and when i called reception, they could not understand English. I tried to explain them and asked for help but they could not help as they could not understand anything and just send a staff in my room. Seeing my leg hurt and the broken glass, they did not care and just gave me tissues. I asked for first aid but they don't have, not even a medicine or bandage. The staff were very rude. Then i had to use google translate to ask them to inform their manager. Their manager was already at home and later i got a call from her where she can only say SORRY. She did not care to come to see me and how i get hurt. She just gave me 2 options, either her staff clean my room again or she can upgrade me to a bigger room. I asked for my refund but she said sorry she cannot give that. Then she insisted that i have to leave the room and gave me another room. According to her, it was a cleaned and bigger room but it was not clean at all. Neither of her staff helped us to move to another room. So with my wounded leg, i have to carry my luggages to another level. The following day also the manager did not come to see me or call although she said she will call me. They simply don't give a damn about their customers. Once i checked out yesterday morning, i received an email from an agent that she received my email address from Nomo Apartment and she was sending me her shipmen details. This is very unprofessional from the hotel to share my email address with agents without informing me about that. The hotel is well aware that i already have my own agent there and still they shared my email address with other agent. This should be confidential to share customers details with agents. I want my money back for this rude and unprofessional service from Grand Continental Apartment. It was a serious case when i hurt myself but they did not care of helping out with doctors or first aid. This hotel is not worth for doing this service where they cannot help their customers in case of emergency where the carelessness was on behalf of their staff who did not clean the room well and left broken glass on the carpets.
