Several years ago I got a call saying I was a member and had to pay for updates on my membership. They threatened me with sending my acct to a collection agency if I didn't pay them. When I told them I had a card saying my membership was paid up til 2020, I asked why they required me to.pay an additional $389. Gave me some song and dance about it was a maintenance fee. Told them I wanted to.cancel my membership and they told me it wasn't possible to cancel as it was a lifetime membership. They put a charge through on my credit card on file and then I had to call.that credit card and put in a complaint. Then of course GG called me a couple weeks later to say I had to give them another credit card as I HAD to.pay them! Over the last 7 years.they keep calling and I keep blocking whatever Tele number they use. Just got another call today with same spiel. Whenever I've tried to use the club to book airline "free" ticket, I got no answer to my repeated calls! The only way they stay in business is by threatening people to pay these yearly fees...despite getting NO SERVICE for any vacation booking. TOTAL SCAM ARTISTS AND LYING PHONE REPS! Will contine to press the block call button on my phone as when they call, Grand Getaways does NOT show on my caller ID. Lying snakes!
