Deposit Refund Arriving Soon!

Horrible Stay- Won't Send Deposit Refund

I recieved the complimentary stay from my bank as a bonus on my account. I went through the required multiple requests for different locations and dates. I also mailed my "refundable" deposit and finally got a stay at the Palace Station in Las Vegas. I wouldn't suggest this property to anyone since the hotel then charges a few more required fees when you arrive. The hotel is not up to travel standards at all, but that's another story. I mailed my request for refund after travel according to their instructions on January 13, 2012. I should have recieved my refund within 4 to 6 weeks following that, but nothing yet.

I spoke to Connie on March 1st, she told me I would be getting the check within 7-10 days.

I spoke to Carol on March 19th, she told me the check would be mailed that week.

I spoke to Tammy on March 30th, she told me the check would be mailed during the first ten days of April (Uhhh okay????)

I spoke to Carol today April 13th, she tried to tell me they would send it right away. I requested a supervisor and was transferred to ext 112 (no name). Left a message, we'll see if they return the call (doubt it). I even called the number listed on this page for "Quality Assurance Team - 888-269-0182" and they dont help either, they send you into the same phone line you got the other excuses from. RIP OFFS
