Grand Incentives

Grand Incentives is nothing but a scam! I bought four 3-day 2-night couple vacations. They were each $200 upfront and I had three days to cancel after the date of purchase. I lost $800. After three other couples and my spouse and i tried to schedule four different times we gave up. There response was "the locations andor dates are not available" when in fact we picked the locations and dates according to Grand Incentives long list of terms and conditions. Grand Incentives makes my sick! To think of the money they stole from me and the time I wasted on them I could vomit!

Refund

WORST COMPANY EVER!!! I had a "free" trip through Ambit Energy when switching my energy carrier. Requested my date on 3/19/13 for my "vacation" to be taken on 9/28/13 -well over 6 months in advance. NEVER heard from the company regarding anything. I called them on 9/10/13 to inquire about my vacation, and was told over the phone that it could NOT be accommodated. At this point I knew in my gut this company was a sham. I requested my deposit back during that conversation on 9/10/13 and was told I would receive my refund in 4-6 weeks! On 12/20/13 still no refund, received 3 months later, and now being told it will take another 2 weeks. I called again on 1/24/2014, still no refund received, and was told it will be mailed on 2/10/14 by Hector. I asked to speak to supervisor to express my disdain with this company and was connected to Shavon, she then tells me my check will be mailed on 2/5/14. Their own employees can't even stay on the page! We shall see if I ever receive my money.

Lack of hotels

These folks provide some type of getaway incentives as well as others. One is that they contract with other businesses who then give you a certificate for a 2 night getaway. They list a lot of places but when you want to select, the fine print tells you to select 3 with 3 dates and you may not get those dates or locations as it's based on availability. If you do this on-line, the immediately take a $50.00 fee from your credit card or checking account to hold a reservation...really? To hold a reservation that they don't even guarantee. They have a 30 day cancellation policy. So I put the $50.00 debit card info and then realized that this might not work. I called within minutes and was told "we'll have to issue a refund and it will take 4 - 6 weeks. Why? Why can't they refund electronically the way I paid and put the money back into my checking account? The answer I received is that "they don't do that". This issue a check in 4-6 weeks. So it's been almost 4 and no check. I'm told that I will still receive my refund but I have my doubts. When I complain about using my money I'm told "It's only 50.00". I get that folks. But if hundreds of people give them 50.00 that they can use for 6 weeks without paying any interest, that's a decent chunk of change. SO MY ADVICE IS TO NOT FALL FOR THIS. YOU WON'T GET THE RIGHT VACATION OR THERE WILL BE SOME CATCH TO THE WHOLE THING AND THEN YOU'LL WAIT IN THE HOPES OF GETTING YOUR MONEY BACK.

Refund

You are definintly a "SCAM OUTFIT" and complete FRAUD. Everyone need to runs when they are offered anything that has "Grand Incentives" name on it. Money, Money, Money is all you want from us. I puchased a "Your Gateway" vacation from Grand Incentives in early 2008. I completed all forms and mailed as directed. Here it is Aug 2008 and I have already paid $100.00 out of pocket expenses that I can not get a refund on.
One $50 was to make arrangements for the vacation and the other $50 was deposit money. Due to a death in my family I needed to re-schedule and was told I would have to pay an additonal $50 to do so. Each and every time I call no one seems to care; finally after consulting their supervisor I was told they would wave the $50 re-scheduling fee if I could come to the vacation spot (6 hrs away from my home) and when I ask to schedule closer to home then the same story about paying the additonal $50.00 came up. Money, Money, Money as I said...
is all these people want. If I keep paying the $50.00 I could pay for my own vacation which I will do because of all the reviews
I've read I certainly DO NOT want to stay where you people have any dealings. The "FREE" 2 night 3 day vacation is certainly not free. I advice each and everyone who reads this to run away as quickly as possible.

Refund

Grand Incentives is a scam. They do not have the rooms available and they do not return your deposit. I have been trying for 4 months to get my money back and each time they keep telling me that it will be mailed "this Friday". Its all a lie. I've spoken with Carol three time and Connie once, Connie says she's a supervisor (941-552-5070). If a Rainbow Salesman from Gastonia NC offers you a free vacatrion to see his sales presentation then run like h#!!.
