We purchased a Timeshare from Grand Miramar in November, 2012 but paid in January 2013...wanted our money refunded at that time as Richard Bounds, salesperson, was having Diamond Management sell several other timeshares we owned in order to afford this new Timeshare within 90 days, never happened ! This has been an ongoing saga since then ! David G., a Senior GM Quality Service Manager contacted us in May, 2016 to have 4 day stay at their expense in Quadalajara , Mexico to receive all monies owing us returned ! Well, we ended up paying liens, IVA Tax, Capitol Gains Tax and maintenance over the next 5 months while Richard B had convinced us to use D & D Woodward Management to receive all our monies back, $125,952.00USD in 90 days....never happened ! Then we were suppose to receive a Bank Wire on December 5th for the total amount...still waiting....so what can be done for persons who get ripped off this way twice around ! ? ?
