Several years ago I was scammed by this company, Granicrete International out of Phoenix, AZ. They influenced me to take their workshop with promises of large profits, in learning their "amazing" system. So, I ended up getting suckered in by their BS pitch and made a significant investment in time, money, & resources. This was a worse investment than Enron. Marc Winkleman, the "chief encouraging officer" can only be described as a cross between Bernie Madoff & Al Queda. The only encouragement I got was to read the numbers off my Visa, so they could steal from me. The workshop was a joke, the products are way below average and I would describe them as a low quality DIY product. Marc, taughts himself to be a man of integrity, true professional, christian, etc. When I was finally able to get through to the Jerk and explained my experience, troubles, and dissatisfaction with his product/training and performance, not one time in the conversation did I feel appreciated as his customer who invested thousands, rather I felt lied to, taken advantage of, disrespected, cheated, & scammed. Marc, never offered to stand with me and help me work through the tempremental pitfalls of his failed system, instead he blamed my application methods, which came directly from his workshop manual. I absolutely did everything exactly according to how I was trained, and his bs system failed over & over. Marc is a heretic who's God is money. Make no mistake about it, this whole comapny consists of wolves in sheeps clothing. In discussing my issues with Marc, if one did not know any better, I would have to say that he is dealing with some serious mental and emotional issues. I hope and pray that anyone who is even slightly considering to work with these guys in any capacity to not just walk away but sprint as fast as you can in the opposite direction, so as though you may avoid dealing with the devil himself.

Took the class, Huge waste of time and money! Lousy products! even worse instruction, I feel like I was robbed!!! Terrible customer service! All around horrible experience! These guys are the Al Queda of the decorative concrete industry. The people who work there have zero field experience and lousy attitudes! Stay away from these clowns!
