BEWARE THESE ARE DISREPTUABLE CONTRACTORS - DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY!!!!!

Unfortunately I didn't see the "Granicrete = Scamcrete" posting in time to save myself from being defrauded out of $1,600. Beware dealing with these "franshisees/distributors" as the franchising company (Granicrete International) distances itself from the scum they allow to use their name and then insults the people defrauded by them. I too emailed Marc Winkelman in Phoenix, owner of the franchising company Granicrete International, who had the gall to insult my character, the swindled person, for telling him I would advise consumers to beware of Granicrete entirely. . Winkleman is completely devoid of character as I'm obviously not the 1st person to report franchisee/distributor fraud to him and he continues doing business as usual.

That aside, their New Mexico Granicrete representative, Danny Clements, owner of Granicrete New Mexico, took a deposit from me a month after his company's license was suspended by the New Mexico Construction Industries Division, never showed up to do the work, never returned the deposit and has vacated multiple business addresses he used plus disconnected all phones associated with them. If that's not fraud I don't know what is. I am suing the company, have reported this to Better Business Bureau, the New Mexico Attorney General's Office and the New Mexico Construction Industries Division. I suspect I am not the 1st or only person he has done this to but hopefully will be the last. PLEASE DON'T ANYONE ELSE MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE, AVOID GRANICRETE DISTRIBUTORS AT ALL COSTS AND DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY.
