I ordered the 10" Granitestone pan and the very first time we used it cooking chicken breast the coating came off the pan and it's unusable. I want my money back but when I call the company's "customer service" line it tells me to go to This website then constantly hangs up on me. I also emailed the company directly a week ago but I got no response. I need some answers quick.
