DANGEROUS DRIVING PLK 6686

THIS MORNING AT 8.20AM AT JALAN RAJA PERMAISURI BAINUN (NEARBY THE STORE), THE DRIVER OF PLK 6686 CHANGE LANE IN SUDDEN WITHOUT RELEASED ANY SIGNAL LIGHT AND NEARLY CLASH MY VEHICLE, WHILE I AM DRIVING AT THE RIGHT LANE. MY FIRST IMMEDIATE REACTION IS PRESSING THE HORN AS WARNING FOR THE HE TO NOTICE THERE IS A CAR JUST BESIDE HIS BUS. HOWEVER, HE DID NOT PLEASED MY ACT AND TRY TO INSULT ME BY DOING THE SAME THING AT JALAN KAMPAR (NEARBY IPOH EYES SPECIALIST). LUCKILY, MY INTENTION IS TO PARK AT THERE AND HAS AVOID AN ACCIDENT. I AM DEEPLY UNSATISFIED AND CONDEMN THIS DRIVER ATTITUDE. PLEASE BE INFORMED THERE ARE PASSENGERS ON THE BUS AS WELL. IF ANY ACCIDENT HAPPENED, THERE WILL BE LOTS OF VICTIMS DRAG INTO THE CASE. PLEASE BE CONSIDERED TO TAKE ACTION ON THIS DRIVER.

Very rude driver

My family and I love Hat yai that we normally went there in big groups.Normally we will travel by bus. But this is the first time I travel with Grassland.From Hat Yai to Singapore on 28th September 2019, bus number PLW 2266 an indian driver. Around 12.50pm we put our luggage in the bus ourselves. Afterwards we close the bus luggage compartment as it was already full with 9 big luggages.When we boarded the bus, the driver shouted at us very rudely for closing the compartment. In shocked we told him we didn't know. As it was full to the brim,out of good will we closed for him. He continued to shout and said that was the job of the driver, we should not do that. He could say it nicely instead of shouting. It really disappoint us and pull our happy mood down. Please advise your driver to be a little more polite. Never did I came across such a rude driver in my life This would be the first and last time we board a bus from the Grassland company . Not only that, he also scolded us for pulling up the bind too.When our elderly wanted to bring food into the bus as it was a 14 hour journey, he shouted at her thinking it was trash. So she said it was food and he said no food can be brought into the bus. We usually took other buses and it was fine to eat in the bus. Such a big dissapointment.

Change Coach without your permission

I was booked grassland with the cost S$ 51.41 from Penang to Singapore but come to the day depart they send me a msg and inform me the coach has changed to KKKL express. I msg them and inform that I was booked grassland not KKKL but they try to persuade me that the KKKL express is part of grassland company and ask me check online. I have try to check my order summary, KKKL & grassland profile and inside didn’t stated anything. To those who would like to take grassland express pls be alert, they will try to charge u grassland price with expensive fare but come to the day what u get is a suck coach as a replacement. The KKKL coach normally from penang to KL is S$ 30++.The money that u paid is not worth the service that u get.

Bus not waiting even 1 min.

Bus departure as per ticket 11.01pm

But when I reached GMC at 11.02pm, shop closed and bus already gone, shadow also can't see.
End up, I missed the bus and I deserved for all the punishment being late by 1 min.

I was wondering why Grassland always ask for passenger phone number when we buying ticket and yet they don't call passenger of their passenger is late to report to counter, funny, funny, damn funny..

I hope Mr Steven or owner of the grassland can say something about this incident in order to convince the public that grassland still the best bus service to Malaysia.

This is not only the cock up situation, still got watching video while driving case, never call to passenger when reached destination...

Complaining to ticket counter staff at GMC is like playing piano to the cow, wasting time..

Bus driver delay too much time

I am very dissapointed and angry with this two bus driver(Indian man)because,they delay too much time in the journey. Normally the bus will stop for rest 10minute-30minute,but, this two driver will stop at many place and each stop will take 40minute to 1 hour for rest. The bus number is KEL 6636 on 01/04/2019(9pm)

Driver : 2x Indian Man
Remark : The bus driver are very bad driving skill , a lot of other car driver are complaining and is cause dangerous , those passenger inside the bus few not comfortable when sitting inside the bus , hope you can this thing serious and improved their driving skill

Rude attitude and staff behavior rudeness spoken to customers

What a bad services in my life encountered such cases in Singapore. I was bought a ticket in Grassland Express the two Chinese young guy call me to ask where am I and the bus will depart at 11pm and I told them I am taking a taxi come over and they said unable to wait for me soon depart and saying vogue words and once I reach their company the two Chinese young guy scold in front of me next time you should come early and wait for the bus, end up give me some bad rudeness of spoken word saying at the back I heard of it. I told them the bus will depart at 11pm. But the taxi driver time is correct time but the bus time and their company time is different as spoken with taxi drivers the bus company has changed the time as not tally with singapore time. I hope the government should take action against them. First time in Singapore suddenly give me first bad experience. I will never buy grasslands company and I appreciate if the bus company management should responsible write me an official apology letter to me. Or else I am going to take this case to singapore government services and spread this news the rest of the customers. It makes me so mad. I don't deserve this kind of services.
