I ordered one time order from proactive 2 months ago. I even made sure it was marked one time order online. They automatically started sending kits and charging my credit card. I called each time and was guaranteed that it was stopped only to see another box sent. I finally had to call my credit union and have card cancelled. but before it happed another kit is charged plus 13.00 dallors I don't know where that came from.I have filed a dispute with the credit card company. this company was started by doctors I would think they would be knowledgeable and professional enough not to do something so underhanded to people. If I would have seen all the complaints about this company earlier I would have never ordered. their a person's worst nightmare. pam coronado
