I am very dissatisfied with this company and feel as though i was ripped off and lied to. Randy the person i talked to today at 5:30pm was very rude and unprofessional. I asked to speak to her supervisor or Alex the person that called and left me a message and neither were available. I asked to cancel and randy refused said it was passed the cancellation period. Two out of the five i have never received. Also receiving magazines that i am not interested in receiving and i have asked them to stop sending and i keep getting them, i am very dissatisfied with this company. Please take care of this matter. I have also refused to give them updated credit card because i am not receiving the magazines that i ordered. Please take care of cancelling my subscription. Also i will never deal with this company again.
