These ass faces from American Readers have charged my bf & I $49.90 for magazines we have not recieved. They charged us 2x and when I tried to cancel they said NO! Excuse me. Wth is that about. Then Sam proceeds to tell my bf over phone that he is in his own Little fantasy world and he can not cancel but enjoy continuing to be charged!!!! Bullshit these ass holes talk down to you as if nothing. As a customer he's not even trying to satisfy our complaint. I even went as far as telling them to forget the refund just cancel it. The s.o.b giggled like a lil bitch and said now we are living in a fantasy world and call is recorded and let it be known Roy & Alicia are living in a fantasy world. Oooh I'm livid!!!!!
