Great Clips in Casa Grande leave quite a lot to be desired. We have exhausted our patience with the lack of knowledge most of these hairdressers bring to the table. Today on September 28, 2018 to the Great Clips at Villago Marketplace in Casa Grande Arizona. I checked my husband in as I always do and went off to the Fry's around the corner as I always do when I take him for his hair cut. I was probably gone for quite a spell, I came back and they hadn't cut my husband's hair because he did not pay them first hand. My husband I explained to them as I always do, has Parkinson's/ dementia. I believe what my husband told me, I didn't at first and I scolded him, because they lied and said he did not want to get his hair cut until I returned. However because I was shortchanged by the young lady who should've given us $10.00 back in change, only gave us $8.00 dollars. To add insult to injury, I gave her $3.00 more for a tip. Shame on them and shame on Great Clips for hiring such employees. I will return tomorrow for the rest of our change and the tip, they did not earn it? How do you allow such behavior and illegal behavior! The Great Clips here in Casa Grande are big JOKE! and have no moral ethics. I told my husband we will pay high price money then to continue to be under stress with anymore of these JOKERS. Shame on all of you!!!!!!!!
