Owner has favorite stylist. I was recently fired. 2weeks prior to this one of the stylists stole a customer phone out of the drawer, had cops called on her consequence was a week suspension. Me I missed a Sunday due to a car accident plus my sim card wasn't working on phone so I couldn't call owner. I got written up. I didn't sign the write up cause I didn't agree with it so I got fired. On my write up it said consequence decrease in hours. I've never had a write up or any customer complaints and on weekends I did the most customers on my shifts compared to all the other stylists. This shop all the employees wear what ever they wanted came in to work late. They also talk on their cell phones while customer is in the chair.
