Promise the customers to much, Start one project and then goes to the next without finish the first one. Always asks for money upfront. In some cases don´t pays the salary to workers.

I agree with the gentleman above..
Should not be trusted nor hired...He makes a mess and then others have to come in and clean it up for him...and he does not do the right thing to fix his mistakes...He will also try to claim he is not responsible for your loses that he caused..
