Was scammed by someone who had me purchase a green-dot money pak for a fake loan, then I received an email from another person claiming to have worked for green-dot who said he would show me how to get money from green-dot money pak. I sent all this info to every email fraud *& dispute number I could find for green-dot thinking they would care-but they do not. They told me how they are not responsible for my loss, this I understand but I thought they would care about the info I sent them on the person who claimed he used to work for customer service for their company. You can not call them as they have no options for real people unless you know the name of the person or their extension, how are you suppose to know that?? I received a voice mail from green-dot corp, but could not understand his name or the claim# he gave me. I would be ashamed if I was green-dot of their poor customer service when they are IN FACT AWARE of the present scams going on.
