I purchased a money pak card and loaded 130.00 onto it, it failed to load onto my card. The reason stated was because I had exceeded the allotted amount of loads for the month, therefore I was entitled to a refund. I never received that refund, and there is no one to discss this matter with to at least verify that the check was never cashed. I am a widowed mother of 4 children and need every dime I earn. Please assist me in this matter.
