Stealing funds
I have had several issues with funds missing from whats listed as my available balance on both the mobile and desktop sites. Even after speaking with a supervisor on 08/12/16 and having her confirm that $103 was not accounted for, I still dont have my $103. The supervisor and another representative supposedly located the $103 saying that it was being held by another institution I used my card with but, that it would be returned to my account on 08/16/16. When the money was not returned on 08/16/16 I called again but this time I was told my balance was correct, I didnt have any money missing, and they couldnt help me. Even though the first supervisor and I went through all my transactions from 08/05/16 to 08/12/16 by hand and found that there was in fact $103 unaccounted for.This is the third time this has happened with this card. I will be contacting a lawyer because the customer service department there is completely incompetent and just say anything to avoid taking responsibility for their janky system and cheating people out of their money. If I could, I would refrain from giving them any stars at all. This company is terrible.
