greendot.com/Walmart Money Card are not giving you your money back if you get hacked. Someone got my card number and I guess they made a card and went to Ross Store in CA....they spent 215.00. I live in TN. I was at work that day. I called and reported it on the same day I discovered the transaction. They closed the card and issued a new one. I receive the new one and it is hack in 3 days. I had over 700.00 on it and when I discovered a transaction that we did not make I went to Region's Bank and withdrew all my money. Called Wal-Mart/greendot.com and they issued a new card. I am an online shopper. The only place I used the 2nd card at was to order groceries from Wal-Mart online. I believe the Wal-Mart website had been hacked around May 2018.
Now they are not repaying all the lost funds in peoples accounts. What a way to make a dollar!! I hope whoever is wearing that $215.00 in Clothes needed them. Happy Mother's Day to you!
