greendot says i have exceeded my 20 monthy tranactions at bet america

bet america the site iuse my greendot card on had some issuses accepting greendot a few weeks ago. so i had quite a number of rejected transactions which i didn't think counted as the allowed 20 transactions. ihave only abouy 12 transactions this month.
