Refund

On February 25th 2018 I purchased a moneypak reload card for my green dot card.I was instructed to set up a moneypak account and I did.

It instructed me to scan my card so I did. It said scan successful and I pressed the next button. It took me to the next page and said that 400 dollars was loaded to card ending in 8858 and that is not my card. So I tried to call moneypak as soon as it happened but moneypak doesn't have a phone number.

So I called green dot and they said that I had to file a complaint on there website. Which I did. They told me to send them a copy of the receipt and they would look into it. I did everything they asked.

3 days after it happened they wrote me a email and said there were no funds to recover. I have no idea where to go from here. Moneypak screwed me.

And if they would of had a phone number I would have been able to call but no phone number exists.PLEASE HELP
