I cannot opine as to the veracity of other posts, but want to share my dissatisfactions it's the services of Greenwad Hoffman. They are a two lawyer firm in Santa ana. They can do basic litigation , but are very heavy billers. They bill more than major international firms. I don't know how they can have any repeat clients.

I do not know who posted what, but read several links about Greenwald & Hoffman in Santa Ana. I can just confirm that sadly we were a client of Greenwald & Hoffman 2 years ago. We owned a small business, and needed routine legal work done (employment issues and transactional work of basic nature). I can affirm that we did not have a good experience with Paul Hoffman and Paul Greenwald. I am surprised by the posted responses from "Greenwald & Hoffman Employee". If these responses are truly from this law firm, it makes them look even worse. In our experience, we found the work of average quality and the fees to be extraordinarily high. I can only speak to our experience. We are not bitter, just disappointed.

The person who posted these negative comments about Greenwald & Hoffman are Hiep Trinh, Tony Vanetik, Yuri Vanetik and Mith Ngo. They were clients of Greenwald and Greenwald has helped them in many lawsuits. At the end, Mr Greenwald sued them for not paying his attorney fees. If you are working for scums like those guys then they will burn you.
