My family and I took a trip to Virginia to see other family members. I specifically purchased a non-transfer ticket to and from virginia. In our way to Virginia we had to leave the bus in Richmond and waited over 4 hrs for the other bus to come. By this time we took other transportation to our final destination(Petersburg).

The day before we came back i distinctively called twice to find out if there would be any transfers. I was assured twice that it would be a straight ride to new york. On the day of departure there was a 3 he delay in Petersburg. The bus took us the Richmond station and we had to transfer to another bus in order to get to New York.

This CHARTERED bus was very uncomfortable:uncomfortable seating,leaking bus, no rules applied in this bus (loud talking, children sitting in the front etc), driving didn't respect time (he told us to come back from the rest stop at 6:20, we didn't leave until 6:31 because he was busy smoking outside), he spoke on him phone the entire ride.

Then the bus made another stop in my even thou i was told on the phone that it would be a straight ride.

Very disappointed in their services. I'm a frequent rider on greyhound but this one was just the worst.

Requesting partial reimbursement for a terrible bus ride to Virginia.
