lost luggages
06/11/14 9pm my nephew and my two daughters age 8 and 6yrs old left the atlanta station to go to naples,fl.somewhere along the way their bags wasn't at the station ,my nephew was told by on of the greyhound worker that their bags might b on the previous bus because their bus was already 3 to 4 hours behind scheduled they told him that, the bags will be at their destination before they got there and will be waiting for them ,with all that he did not check for the bags he just assumed that it was on the previous bus.when they got to naples,fl around 9:30pm on thursday 06/12/14 the station was closed they went back the next friday morning my nephew was told the bags wasn't there he should call the orlando station.we called no one ever answer that phone i left several messages no one call back even when i alerted them that my child is sick and her medicines was in one of those bags i got no call back.i called customer services they don't seem to care or know what they supposed,that goes for all their employees i have encountered they seems to have no proper training besides on how to get your payment.i told to several customer service agent alerting them to put a message out that is is an emergency to look out for those bags because my child medicines is in those bags they ha no sense of urgency or even pretended to be concerned because their staff messed up.remind you it's already friday.they don't even have customer services on the weekend.my kids spent 3 days with the samr clothes on without her medicines,who told you all we have money to freplace any of that we had in the bags greyhoung is putting my child health in danger and puytting us to stress and they don't even care.they are so use to doing the same thing to otther people the answer we got is usally nothing goes missing in the bags.we are still waiting for an answer.
