I filed a claim with guardsman and the dates for the incident were a mistake on the from. Guardsman denied the claims because its outside of the 30 days and the will not reconsider although it was a mistake on the claim date. They have no escalation or review process process to address such a simple mistake, they say that can only got by what was submitted and that is final.
It appears that this is way to not want to pay for claims because otherwise a reasonable review would be the right thing to do to figure out what happen and how to correct. Their customer services are plain awful
