Over drew my bank account due to employee incompatance

This is in reference to a banking overdraft sending my card and account into overdraft and the poor service from:

I have been a loyal and hearty costumer of guitar centers all over the country spending thousands of dollars equipping studios and live touring rigs both here and abroad as a musician.producer and artist..
If your going to have such awful people working for you at least let the public know to avoid the..

I had the worst experience in my many years dealing and buying my studio and live gear from guitar center 3 days ago..
I was trying to but a snare drum that I saw on your used site and called the KIlleen Texas location were the drum was advertised ..
The service I received was slow but adequate even thought the employee did not know what I was talking about gear wise and I spent over 40 minutes on the phone as they struggled to process my order and answer my questions..
After taking down my c.card info over and over again for no less than 5 times he finally said he couldn't do it and didn't know why..
I said um,ok and got off the phone and called back and asked for an ass, mgr..
The stores ass,mgr that is…I was told both the main store Mgr a Mr.Craig and the ass. Mgr were bot out so the guy who I was talking to laughed and said he would"do"..
He said that he thought my cad might have been "hit"multiple times by mistake..
I got off the phone called my bank which was closed and called back and caught the store mgr a Mr Craig who happened to have come in and was told here was nothing he could do until the following day which was MOnday..
He was blunt,silly,arrogant and rude.He took know sympathy for freezing my bank account due to his employees
incompetence nor did he offer a solution other than what was manditory in terms of jacking up my banking..
# days later the issue is still not cleared up and mr Craig emailed me offering a fledgling few% off the item..
I spoke with 8 costumer service people at your corp offices trying to get the matter solved ablaut my bank and at one point was bounced right back to that awful team at KIlleen ,this time reaching an absolutely disastrous assistant mgr in training who was the most combative person I have yet to do business with at any guitar center ever..
He spoke to me not like a costumer with a serious banking mishap but like a bothersome dolt giving him a hard time..
I am going to make this my mission until I get satisfaction for having my banning completely screwed up right before I had to leave the country to tour.
I am now out of country and after speaking with a gentleman named "Chris" at guitar center mgmnt who assured me the m after would be taken care of and that the item would be discounted if not comped after all of this hassle ,after speaking with him and my bank and still not reaching a solution I STILL have not heard from the corp offices with an acceptable remedy and solution that is satisfactory..
I will be back in the states in 3 months after touring and I will br sure to write anyone and everyone about not only Mr.Craig but his hilariously rude and insulting assistant Mgr"in training"who set a new low in service and professionalism ..
A bank account charged 6 times"My bank rep told me"And I was charged over draft fees for 2 of six,Mr craig had told me it was hoot 3 which was wrong,Chris was told % by your corp accounts.
Here I am with no item an over drawn account and frozen fro that account for the 48 hours I needed it for use before leaving the country..
You call that god costumer service?
