No assistance
When to Multi Choice in Randburg Client Service can not assist us. According to the lady the sub contractor who installed the new m net decoter must help us. After numerous calls and a visit to my home the sub contrator said the tegnician must assist us with our problem. Phoned again on 2 March 2018 the sub contactor said he did provide the tegnician our infomation to contact us. We are struggle since January but it seems no one is willing to assist us.

No assistance recieved
New mnet decoder was indtalled 9 Jan 2018 since then problems with selecting language. Went to Multivhoice Roodepoort office could not assist no attena. Went to Randburg office also could not assist. Sub contractor to assist phoned him numerous times empty promises. Technician to assist no assistamce received.
