Reducing my load
HELLO Sir,
I am complaining my Zain line I'm using of prepaid , just now I recharged when I check my balanced after one hour automatically they cut it of .250 fills even I did not used, I mean every one hour is .250 fills if cut off my money load???
So, I'm looking forward the action of this problem regarding of cutting load from my money charged...I have to using a call to my family not cutting my money and goes to zain company...
Hopefully, zain company you can arrange or solve this problem very soon...
