While I have raised a complaint on the customer service about Gymboree I received a call from the customer head the next day.
I was glad that someone is atleast addressing me..but unfortunately..as i was driving i could not take that call therefore i asked the manager if she could call me back for that she answered me to call back and i really dint mind about who is calling.
she asked me to call the next day and I called - but she did not take my call nor did she care to return my call.
Gymboree you are worst.
