Bad customer service

The worst kids shop ever.Not once but this time this shop has reached the heights..I went to this store on saturday evening at 8:00 and was surprised to see that the girls and boys clothes were mixed together.I saw the store person and asked where are 0-3 months boys clothes? she gave me a weird look as though i dint even know this?! I had to ask this question becuase generally the left side store of any gymboree belonged to the boys and the right side girls and in this store surprisngly girls and boys are mixed up..so i asked her if there was a seperate section for the new born..first place she never responded properly but showed me with her hands that they r there,..that somewhat made me think what was wrong wit her..then me and my sister proceeded to shop and chose bunch of clothes. I went and saw that the red price tag which showed the sale price did not contain all the prices ..
for example if the iten was 26.00 then after sale price is written as 12.00 so some of my items i selected did not have them in that list . so i proceeded to the cash counter and told i need prices for few. the so called store manager did not even see me that i needed price check then she rudely said we dont have time you have to do using your phone.i was irritated by that time but still calculated prices myself and was readyfor billing..when she scanned my first item it scanned to 8.99 instead of 4.99.i told her that she scanned it wrong and she replied saying no its 8.99 then her manager pitched in and told her to over write the price..i was upset again..had i not seen it she would have simply over charged me..after that i scanned another item which was 16$ and so i asked her to take it off.she immediately started telling we have no time for all this- you have a phone and you have to use your phone, why would the store person say when you are in billing and buying a item.then i really got upset and told about my previous 4.99 item then she says " you can just leave my store" how dare she talks to a customer like that..in america...where the customer is the king..how does a store person siimply be such rude and ask to leave the store...go to hell gymboree not going to step into the shop again.will tel the same to my friends too...and they have their own set of bad experiences..out of all this...there is no one else in that shop where she was claiming that she has no time and she needs to attend the customers in line...no one in the shop...
they better take some action while hiring the staff.

Bad service

After shopping and leaving Children's Place in the same shopping center, I proceeded to continue shopping at Gymboree. While there, my toddler was in an urgent need to use their facilities. Unfortunately they did not allow her to use it, so she soiled her panties.While at Children's Place she had already used the facilities without any problems.She was recently toilet trained and is proud of not wetting or soiling her panties.Incident was unfortunate and traumatic for her.When I asked why using the restroom was not allowed, I was told that they have stock merchandise back there and other equipment. I responded that Children's Place a few doors down has the same setup in the back and has no problem accommodating their young customers. Ashley the store employee just shrugged her shoulders and that was that. I proceeded to pay for my items and advise her that this would be my last purchase at any Gymboree company store.

Bad service

yes i have worked retail in several places and it is dangerous for anyone to use the restroom in the stockroom.. thats why there are restrooms located in several locations in a mall. not only that i know places i have worked at we can not let people in the stockroom. They are just doing there job and what there told to do by corporate and breaking policies can cost them there job. I dont know if gymboree is like this but i know everywhere i have this is a company policy. I hate it too when customers come in and take things out on the sales clerks without knowing the facts about anything. They are tring to keep there job by not going against there policies, and yet customers yell and treat them like crap when its not there fault. If you dont like a policy write that particular company. The people there are just doing their job. And that is to keep you and their self safe.
