On Jan.31.2018 I call h&r block and asked them if I needed any form of identification the lady told me no. Now on Feb.1 2018 the following day I called and asked the same question. Once again they told me no . later that afternoon I called again and was to the same thing so I made an appointment for 8pm. The reason I asked about the I'd is because my is is expired but I have a tech I'd and I live an hour from San Angelo and I'm a ranch hand and I work way out in the country. And I would have to make this long hour and a half trip to get the I'd. So I commit to this appointment at 8 drive an hour Arive there wait 30 mins. Just to be told to take a hike they didn't care one bit about the situation as far as I'm concerned I won't ever do business with h&r block again and talk to many individuals as possible into not doing business with h& r block
