I went and got my taxes done today at H&R Block omg it was way to much money if I would have know up front how much this was going to cost me I would have walk out ok here my story I have not work for a over a year and the lady put in a numbers in the computer and wow 10 mins later I was charged $244.00 I only got $944.00 back to begin with I said omg I can not pay that much thats insane so she said well I can give u a discount so I still ended up paying $194.00 that is just crazy I will never go back they should tell you up front give you some idea how much this may cost all I know is it is a rip off I will never go back. I need to know where I can go and complain to them personally they need to know I am not happy at all with there service
