Took our taxes to H & R block, they were supposed to call back in 2 days it took 4. They told us that we were getting a 3,000 dollar refund. When we went to the office as we were signing paperwork, my husband questioned his income and she forgot an item in regards to taxable income, and railroad retirement, she really didnt know how to do it, but claimed she did it all the time! At the end we owed 2,000 dollars! I took my papers and left! And they wanted to charge 400 dollars for that incompetent behavior! ? Really ? And you guys are the experts? Never going there again! The receptionist was also not welcoming or friendly, but was eating pizza at her desk when we came in!
