To whom it may concern. I currently work with H&R Block for Mr. Bernard, district #8141. I have worked with the company since November 2017. I started doing Appointment Manager, then to Customer Service Specialist to Quality Specialist Team. I enjoy my job and was promoted within 3 months to an OMIT. I do take the company and my job serious.

I am going to inform you of an employee that I have seen and feel does not belong with the company. I have heard several complaints on numerous occasions from clients and employees complaining of her rudeness. We have lost great leaders due to her negligence at the job with falsely broadcasting deals from her speaking for the manager at the time, to random potential clients. This information is not to be given by any CSP, QSS or OMIT. That is the manager's position to offer any promo or discount that they see fit.

I have worked with her side by side. We have had an altercation at a QSS Event. She was hostile and verbally abusive towards me personally.

I recently had surgery and have not been to work for a week, however, I am fully capable to do my job.

As I stated before, I enjoy my company and am happy to represent H&R Block, as I do daily. I however, do not feel safe or comfortable working with this employee. I see that it is necessary that the company be aware of the behavior and we do not need it tarnished.
