I was over charged on Son's tax preperation, on what should have been an E-Z tax prep. of what should have been $105.00 not the amount of $ 367.00, over charged and would like it to refunded back to me. I have been an H&R Block client for years, this is my first time in this state, I made an appointment with office in Emmett Idaho, what a bad choice I made going to this office!!! I made an appointment with the branch manager ( a Master Tax Advisor Enrolled Agent) met up with her handed her both my son's taxes as well as mine, instructed her of what was needed to prepare my Taxes, ( as adviced by the Calif. office manager ) she took my taxes and as she stated she would look into this, as filing 1/2 year in Ca. and 1/2 in Idaho, etc. as a week went by I received a phone call from an agent from this office who now is handling my Tax prep.( a Tax Specialist) I went in on Sunday following phone conversations thru the week, only to sit thru a 4 plus hour waiting as he was reading this and that on tax forms and etc. so not only was I totlay over charged for services prformed by this office I got shoved to an agent not qauilified to handle Tax preperation for myself and my sons !!! He totlay messed up my Taxes so badly, wrongfully prepared, not even slitely done correctly, totlay screwed them up, a nightmare !!! ( Calif. office as well as your Caldwell Id. offices agree, of the improper handling of these taxes ) Not one thing I requested from this Branch Manger was done, nor the agent she gave my taxes to do, except over charging me, and then going to charge me an additional $ 99.00 for an extion. I then went to the Caldwell office to file an extension, as they also agreed on how bad my taxes where prepared form your Emmett office !!!!! SO AT THIS TIME I AM REQUESTING A REFUND ON THE TAX OVER CHARGED, AS WELL AS MY TAXES DONE CORRECTLY BY A QAUILIFIED AGENT FROM H&R BLOCK, OR COMPLETE REFUND, OF WHAT IT COST ME TO DO MY TAXES FROM YOUR COMPANY SO SOME CAN DO THEM CORRECTLY, AND A COMPLETE INVESTIGATION ON YOUR EMMETT OFFICE !!! WHO ELSE HAVE THEY TAKEN AN ADVANTAGE OF ??? My taxes can not be submitted to the state (s) or Federal they are truely messed up that bad,,, I beleive you that this should be corrected.
