I had my 2017 taxes done by H&R Block in Killeen Texas. They were filed two weeks late. I bought the " Piece of Mind" insurance plan and the woman told me, if I got any letter from the IRS, I didn't even have to open it, just bring it in and they would take care of it. I got a letter from the IRS stating I owe $50.12 in late fees. I took the letter back the H&R Block on Ft Hood Street in Killeen and the would not pay the amount nor would they reimburse my $40. I called customer service at H&R block and they just keep refering me back to the same people in that same office. What options do I have?
