Poor services

Hello
I’m Elizabeth sabia I’m emailing you because I’m having a dilemma with my 2016 tax return
I’m getting countless letters from the IRS about my situation let me explain what is happening back in 2016 I was let go at work at no fault of my own and I worked the first three months of that year I was on a governmental FMLA which my former employer violated i couldn’t get my job back as a result of this I had no success finding other jobs to this day I’m still unemployed with Disabiltes and hardships I had to take out my retirement and 401k to live on the first months I was illegally let go from my former employmer through Merrill Lynch back in March 2016 so I was not 65 and I had penalities which were 10% this would appear on my 2016 taxes I had no money at the time to let a tax advisor do my taxes in at a tax location so I did the DIY tax program online on your site I qualified because my AGI was low and my services would be free with the help of your online phone support I goy my own taxes down fine I also got an extension from the IRS to get my taxes done which I had to get done by October because they approved my extension due to my illnesses and hardships I was having at that time I did everything sent my taxes through and waited as supposed to and my taxes return was excepted by the IRS and I got a refund check in the mail 1 week later ok fine no problems then almost two years to the date I did my taxes online I got notices from the IRS saying that my info some of it is missing on my 2016 return I heard what you do with your online tax program you destroy all Info instead of saving it like your company does in office you save all tax records from those appointments I was devastated to find this out because that info would help a lot especially with the IRS I’m medically disabled and have hardships right now when I looked at my amended return online your company screwed it up whatever online tax advisior fixed my penalties and amended return did it all wrong they put double wages on there and most of my I go was missing my unemployment my loans everything

I was so aggravated so I had to go back to an advisor by appointment to get it fixed let me tell you something about your tax advisors some of them treat their clients badly I got treated like excuse me shit I had to run down there at least seven to 10 times with papers over and over one of your clients yelled at me and told me she cannot help me if I don’t print out the papers which I had all the important documents on my iPhone to show to her as well I had to call your customer service line at least twenty times asking for help I even screamed my head off and I cannot yell or keep yelling due to my respiratory and heart problems in my suggestion I think some of your reps and advisors should get more training even the senior ones in client compassion because some have zero compassion for clients like me and others I’ve spent 14 yrs in retail and at the end of the day it’s all about the customer where I was employed the customer or client is the boss I upset because it’s been two months already and my amended return is still not done and the IRS is looking for it I have to worry about countless letters and phone calls driving back and forth dropping off papers I was stood up twice at the Dickson city location no one ever showed up for my appointment that was on a Tuesday and Friday and now I have to wait two days before the advisor that’s working on my amended return to call me I’m not well and I’m tired irritated and disgusted I should not have to go through this I even had a manager help but she did not know what to do either can you please help me out I’m really appreciate you taking the time to read my email
