Incorrect information provided; no customer service

Used the H&H block .com service. The customer service chat gave me incorrect information; the returns will not download and print correctly; customer service does not provide any service at all. I did not get what I paid for and they refuse to refund any money. I will never use H&R Block again and do not recommend anyone else use them either. What a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
