Fraud

On February 28, 2019 while at home with my Emerald Card in my possession I was alerted via text that transactions were being made using my Emerald Card. as I said before and wish to mention again the card was in my position 30 miles from where the transactions were being made. By the time I was able to get though to customer service there were 16 charges totaling roughly $2952.32!!!!!
At first customer service and the fraud dept. were very helpful and understanding. I was told that in about 10 days I would have a replacement card and my hard earned money back in my account. That was such a relief seeing that I am a divorced mom of 3 and need to replace parts of my transmission on my only form of transportation.
Than on March 28th I called to find out what the hold up was on returning my money. Just to be informed that I was DENIED a refund on my fraud complaint. First, I didn't even know that was possible 2nd why the hell not? The person on the phone said she couldn't help me and that if I had any proof to email it to them. I want to know how in the HELL am I suppose to have proof beyond the transaction texted to me when I was 30+ miles away? Of course she had no answer to that either. She did say she would have someone call me the next and try to explain or help in anyway they could. Which, by no real surprise didn't happen.
So here I am with no money, no one to answer my questions no where else turn.
Today I decided to write down the transaction that were made just to find out that 4 transactions have been made using the replacement card that are not mine! I have been at home and I have certainly have NOT been to CALIFORNIA or bought a pre loaded credit card.
So I ask, why is a loyal customer and fraud victim being disrespected and devalued by H&R Block?
