Breach of Contract

This is the second time I have submitted this complaint!

H&R Block filed my taxes, made a mistake, I was audited, went to court, and the case has been settled. When I received the audit letter my agent was notified and we both filed the Peace of Mind claim. I was issued a case number and now they keep making excuses for not honoring the contract.

Never pay for the Peace of Mind up sale...…….they will not honor the agreement.

They have Breached our agreement
