I have used H&R Block software for years to prepare my taxes without problem until this year. After purchasing software and completing my returns I tried to e-file federal and state returns. I got an error message stating there was trouble connecting between my software and their server and a support number to call.

I called the number and after an hour on hold finally got a representative. The rep tried to help but only managed to lock up my computer by having me change some settings on my new computer (now using my old computer). She transferred me to another rep and after another long wait the new rep said she couldn't help me with the locked computer but would put in a work order and have a tech call the next day. After a day and a half I had not received a call and called the support number again. After 1hr and 33min (I timed the call) I was disconnected.

I have called again and have been on hold for 45 min thus far. Not a happy camper.
