I completed my taxes on H&R Block website using their deluxe version on April 13th. I filed both federal and state and was charged $94.98. I received my state refund but when I logged onto the H&R Block website it asked if I was ready to complete my federal taxes.
I went into an H&R Block office and was told to go ahead and finish the federal taxes. I did that again on June 7th and was charged an additional $39.00 but the return was denied saying there was already a return filed with the same social security number.
I would appreciate being refunded the $39.00 I was charged and find out why I still have not received my federal tax refund.
