This is the 5th year I purchased your Deluxe edition software. So very many complaints! First of all, no disc was enclosed to download as in the 4 past years when I purchased! I managed to complete one of my children's 2021 return but when I returned to "My block" there was no place to start entering a new return! Other years, no problem! It was easy to create a new return. BUT NOT NOW! i HAVE TRIED UNSUCCESSFULLY to get a representative to help me. I have tried the last 4 Days. Various problems: 3 times on your end the phone was discontinued!(This after a 50 minute wait - of course) I even physically went to the local Office of H&R block in my area and theygave me the same number I had been calling: - 800-472-5625. Oh, one of your staff offered to "give me a discount" if I brought my taxes to him to complete! How outrageous is that! Why would I pay anymore than I already have from your company when I didn't receive the product in full that I purchased! Only one return in the Deluxe edition and no way to add the other 4 efiles I paid for. Oh, another point, Upon purchase and payment information verified the Coupon code473M-MGH was not accepted! And I purchased the Deluxe&State but only received on my receipt "DELUXE" federal return @ $29.99! Now you tell me--- WHY WOULD I EVER JUST PURCHASE THE DELUXE WHEN CPN. IN PACKAGE DEFINITELY STATE DELUXE 7 STATE FOR $34.95 WITH COUPON CODE! Of course, I wanted the state program! I have gotten it from you the last 5 years! I am totally disgusted and disappointed in your software and new look! I request a full credit to my Charge card in the amount of $31.79.
